Mama, you're not broken. You're running on empty.
Breastfeeding takes something out of you every single day, not just on the bad days. Your period, a missed pump, getting sick, the six-week shift: any of them can drain you, and then the dip hits. You're not failing. Your tank just needs refilling.
RefillMama is a breastfeeding electrolyte made for nursing and pumping moms, not the gym. One scoop in your water every morning refills what breastfeeding takes and gently supports healthy milk supply.*
Why "just drink more water" never felt like enough
Everyone tells you to drink more water. But breastfeeding takes more than water out of you, and water alone doesn't put it back.
Water fills the glass. It doesn't refill you.
- Refills what breastfeeding takes — sodium, potassium and magnesium for the days you're pumping every three hours and still thirsty
- Nutrients you keep giving away — choline and iodine, two nutrients your body passes on while you breastfeed
- Gently supports your supply* — shatavari and moringa, traditionally used to support healthy milk supply
- No fenugreek, no goat's rue — made without the herbs most linked to upset baby tummies
- One scoop. That's it. — no handful of pills, no 3am lactation cookies
Made for us. Gentle on them.
- Made by a breastfeeding mom
- Third-party tested
- No fenugreek or goat's rue
- No artificial sweeteners or colors
- Made in the USA
- Tastes like lemonade, not like medicine
How to use it
Mix one scoop into your water bottle every morning, ideally before your first feed or pump. Feeling nervous? Start with half a scoop for the first 3 days.
Taking a prenatal? Check the iodine in both with your provider so you're not doubling up.
"Did he get enough?" I asked myself that after every feed.
"When my baby was little, I was combo-feeding, and I carried so much guilt about it. I ate well, drank so much water, took my prenatal. Nobody told me breastfeeding drains you every single day, or that I needed to put something back. I couldn't find anything made for that, without the herbs I'd read could upset babies' tummies. So I made it.
Every drop counts, mama. And so do you."
— Lucy, founder and breastfeeding mom
How RefillMama compares
- Plain water — hydrates, but doesn't replace what breastfeeding takes out of you
- Sports drinks — made for athletes, often with artificial sweeteners and colors
- Lactation pills — often fenugreek-based, and usually several pills a day
- RefillMama — made for breastfeeding, fenugreek-free, one scoop a day
What mamas are saying
"Around 6 weeks my supply dipped and I was terrified I was losing it. I kept nursing and drank one scoop every morning. Honestly the biggest change was my head. I feel so much more at ease."
— Anna
"After the last supplement gave my baby painful gas, I was scared to try anything. I read this label three times. It doesn't bother his tummy at all, and I don't lie awake wondering if it was something I took."
— Kayla
"I felt like such a failure because I couldn't EBF. This brand never made me feel bad for combo-feeding. I finally feel like I'm taking care of me, not just counting ounces."
— Brittany
"I'm skeptical of everything marketed to new moms. This one is honest: no miracle promises, just a clean label. It tastes like lemonade, which is why I stuck with it. I'm on my second pouch."
— Sarah
Questions mamas ask
Will it increase my milk supply?
RefillMama refills what breastfeeding takes out of you, and shatavari and moringa gently support healthy milk supply.* But supply is driven by how often milk is removed, so keep feeding and pumping. If your baby has fewer wet diapers or isn't gaining, please call your pediatrician or lactation consultant. You don't have to figure it out alone.
Is it safe for my baby?
It's made without fenugreek and goat's rue, the herbs most linked to upset baby tummies. As with anything new, check with your provider and start gently for the first few days.
I'm combo-feeding or back at work. Is it for me?
Yes, mama. Pump days and combo days drain you too. Every drop counts.
